We are looking to hire a Project Manager/Scrum Master to help coach and facilitate an agile environment within our development team.

We are looking for someone who has:

• 2+years experience

• Solid understanding of Agile principles

• Proven experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master

• Trello/Asana; Github experience

*Your role:*

• Attend client meetings

• Remove blockers or impediments that hinder project progress

• Monitoring the progress of the sprint

• Help the team estimate and increase velocity

• Promote continuous communication and remote working practices

• Facilitate sprint planning and other scrum meetings

• Monitor and helps improve team dynamics

• Lend support to whatever part of the project needs assistance at a certain time

• Motivate the team
