We need a contract dev ops who will help migrate a large laravel project from DigitalOcean to AWS, setting it up in such a way that it can scale horizontally.

Currently the project uses tools like Redis, queues, Command line jobs, and managed database, so you should have good knowledge of how to setup all this features on AWS and a means on how we can push easily to the project once it’s live.
