4. Testing and error handlingExperience3+ years of exposure in managing engineering teams is a PlusPrevious experience in blockchain or distributed systems.

Experience of working with Cryptocurrencies Active participation in a team’s career development, having managed engineer's performance with proper mentorship and coaching.

Strong analytic skills and a demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability.Experience in software architecture
